[Preferred] Position: Site Manager / Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee attendance and daily work activities of on-site staff

• Monitor and coordinate workforce assignments to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently

• Take and organize site photos to document staff work and site conditions

• Prepare and submit daily work reports, including progress updates and issues encountered

• Serve as the point of contact between staff and management, ensuring smooth communication and workflow

• Enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards at the job site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in site management, field supervision, or a related role (preferred)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and staff members

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting software, or mobile apps for reporting/photos)

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices (OSHA or equivalent is a plus)

• Bilingual skills (English/Korean or Spanish) are a plus, depending on workforce needs

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites if required

• Janitorial Staff / Custodians – Cleaning and upkeep of client facilities.

• Maintenance Technicians – General repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Groundskeeping / Landscaping Staff – Outdoor facility and property maintenance.

• Shift Supervisors (Field Supervisors) – Oversee teams during specific shifts, ensure tasks are completed, and report to site manager.

• Quality Control Inspectors – Visit sites, perform inspections, and verify standards are met.
